路透社9月15日 - 美国能源公司Chord Energy CHRD.O周一表示，将以5.5亿美元的价格从埃克森美孚XOM.N旗下的XTO Energy公司购买威利斯顿盆地的资产。
威利斯顿盆地位于北达科他州、蒙大拿州和加拿大的部分地区，是以巴肯地层为中心的美国主要页岩油气区。
该公司表示，将在威利斯顿核心区获得 4.8 万英亩净土地，预计近期日产量约为 900 万桶油当量，大部分为石油，衰退率低，现有油井的利润率有很大的提高潜力。
Chord Energy 补充说，该交易预计将增加现金流、自由现金流和净资产价值，并将通过现金和借款相结合的方式筹集资金。
交易预计将在年底前完成。
