消息面上，近期，中国智能科技布公告，公司(作为潜在认购人)与德坤资产管理(香港)有限公司(目标公司)订立不具法律约束力的谅解备忘录，内容有关可能认购最多目标公司的经扩大发行股本的30%。
可能投资的对价和其他条款须待谅解备忘录各方之间的进一步磋商。目标公司为一间于中国香港注册成立的投资控股公司，透过其全资附属公司，主要向用户提供虚拟数码产品交易服务。其间接全资附属公司是一间通过其电子商务平台销售在线虚拟数字充值产品，并为此类产品提供销售和充值服务的公司。在进行可能投资前，公司将对目标公司进行进一步的尽职调查，并确保其遵守所有相关法律法规。
