消息面上，昊天国际建投日前公布，9月17日，公司与PCL订立认购协议，该公司拟向PCL认购4亿港元认购股份（即850股PCL股份），将透过该公司根据一般授权向PCL(或其代名人)发行16亿股代价股份予以结算，每股代价股份发行价格0.25港元，较当日收市价每股0.270港元折让约7.41%。据悉，PCL为梧桐国际的间接非全资附属公司。
