近日，科沃斯发布公告称，2024年股票期权与限制性股票激励计划中首次授予股票期权的第一个行权条件已成就。值得注意的是，刚担任公司副总经理满一年的徐伟强也在激励名单之中，引发关注。

公开资料显示，徐伟强1977年1月出生，毕业于同济大学，获硕士学位。加入科沃斯前，他长期服务于诺基亚通信技术有限公司，2005-2016期间担任诺基亚通信技术有限公司苏州研发中心总经理。

虽未明确披露其加入科沃斯的具体时间，但职业轨迹显示，他在公司历任评估中心总监、研发质量管理资深总监等多个关键职务。2024年7月，他升任科沃斯研发体系副总裁，是个技术出身的高管。

根据激励方案，徐伟强此次获授股票期权16.80万份，其中第一批可行权数量为4.20万份。其持股变动情况进一步反映出对公司参与的加深：2024年7月23日，他通过其他方式减持6万股，交易均价为38.91元/股，结存余额降至1800股；随后在11月8日，股权激励授予85800股。截至2024年末，其持股数量达到8.58万股。

根据科沃斯2025年上半年财报，公司实现营业总收入86.76亿元，同比增长24.37%；归母净利润9.79亿元，同比大幅增长60.84%。公司营收利润同比向好。

根据2024年财报数据显示，徐伟强升为副总后首次拿到的薪酬为137.5万，虽然并非全年薪酬，但是也十分丰厚，未来徐伟强会有怎样的发展，运营商财经网将持续关注。
