Kaisa Health Group (HKG:0876) said executive director Luo Tingting has been appointed vice chairperson of the board, effective Tuesday, according to a same-day Hong Kong bourse filing.
Luo is also the chief financial officer and an executive director of Kaisa Group (HKG:1638).
