由美国前能源部长里克・佩里（Rick Perry）联合创立的数据中心建设企业 Fermi 于周三宣布，其美国首次公开募股（IPO）的估值目标定为 131.6 亿美元。

　　这家总部位于得克萨斯州阿马里洛的房地产投资信托基金（REIT）计划通过发行 2500 万股股票募资，募资规模最高可达 5.5 亿美元，每股发行价区间为 18 至 22 美元。

　　随着科技企业竞相研发尖端人工智能模型，数据中心已成为全球最重要的基础设施之一。

　　瑞银投资银行（UBS Investment Bank）、Evercore ISI、坎托（Cantor）及瑞穗（Mizuho）将担任此次发行的联席主承销商。

　　Fermi 将在纳斯达克证券交易所上市，股票代码为 “FRMI”。
