消息面上，红星美凯龙昨晚发公告称， 9月22日，公司收到红星美凯龙控股集团有限公司（下称红星控股）发来的通知，云南省监察委员会已对车建兴解除留置措施。据悉，今年5月14日，上市公司第一次披露了董事兼总经理车建兴被立案调查并实施留置措施的信息，并宣布为维持公司运转，董事长李玉鹏在此期间代行总经理全部职责。
值得注意的是，9月以来公司有多名高管离职。公告显示，9月以来，已有副总经理车国兴、非执行董事许迪和宋广斌，以及董秘邱喆共四名高管离职，加上留置事件发生前离职的蒋小忠、王文怀和郑永达，今年以来，包括车建兴在内，美凯龙至少有9位高层离任。
