消息面上，据澎湃新闻报道，针对网传大润发营运长管明武被警方带走一事，大润发回应称，目前该案件正在调查阶段，一切以公安机关公布的信息和调查结果为准。大润发还强调，公司一直秉持合法合规经营理念，对违法违规零容忍。据悉，管明武在大润发内部职务为营运长，直接向CEO沈辉汇报工作。
据悉，2025年1月，阿里巴巴宣布将其持有的约78.7%高鑫零售股权全部出售给德弘资本，彻底退出高鑫零售。德弘资本入主后推动多项改革：公司管理层发生调整，阿里系人员离场、创始人黄明端辞任董事会主席，由德弘资本联合创始人华裕能接任；组织架构上，将五大营运区整合为华东、华南、华北、东北四大区；关闭负现金流门店，优化人员结构，2025财年销售及营销开支同比减少29.46亿元至152.32亿元，行政费用下降24.1%至17.09亿元。同时，公司推进产品策略调整。
