此外，Strive 宣布以平均每枚 116,047 美元的价格购买 5,816 枚比特币至公司资产，总购买价格为 6.75 亿美元，使其比特币总持有量达到 5,886 枚。
合并后的公司将持有超过 10,900 枚比特币，并计划采用"仅优先股"杠杆模式，避免传统杠杆比特币策略的债务到期风险。合并公司还计划未来探索将 Semler Scientific 历史盈利的诊断业务货币化或分拆。
