派拉蒙天舞任命前反垄断执法者<a href="https://laohu8.com/S/DEER">德尔</a>拉希姆为法律总监
路透社9月25日 - 派拉蒙天舞PSKY.O周四任命美国前高级反垄断官员马坎-德尔拉希姆（Makan Delrahim）为首席法务官，准备竞购华纳兄弟发现WBD.O (link)。
德尔拉希姆曾任美国司法部反托拉斯司助理司法部长，他所在的法律公司曾在 Skydance Media 与派拉蒙 (link) 漫长的合并过程中为其提供法律咨询。
2017 年 9 月，他被美国总统唐纳德-特朗普选为最高反垄断监管者。德尔拉希姆曾于 2019 年在参议院司法委员会反垄断小组就利用反垄断法调查谷歌GOOGL.O等科技巨头一事作证。
