智通财经APP讯，重塑能源(02570)发布公告，于2025年9月25日(交易时段后)，公司与联席配售代理订立配售协议，据此，联席配售代理有条件同意(作为公司联席配售代理)竭力促使承配人(其及其最终实益拥有人(倘适用)将为独立第三方)购买58.39万股配售股份，配售价为每股配售股份137.00港元。配售价较H股于2025年9月25日(即最后交易日)于联交所所报收市价每股159.70港元折让约14.21%。
假设所有配售股份均获悉数配售且待交割后，预计配售事项最高所得款项总额及所得款项净额将分别约为8000万港元及7830万港元，相当于净发行价为每股配售股份约134.09港元。
