港股建材水泥股盘初拉升，其中，山水水泥大涨近19%领衔上涨，中国天瑞水泥涨1.5%，海螺水泥涨1.2%，中国建材涨1.1%，西部水泥、华新水泥、亚洲水泥涨约1%。
消息上，中国银河证券指出，本周全国水泥价格小幅上涨，主要原因系当前进入传统旺季阶段，水泥企业推涨积极性较高所致。本周市场需求有所恢复，但较去年同期较弱；目前全国部分熟料线仍处于停窑状态，暂未对企业熟料库存构成压力。
后续来看，“金九银十”需求有望继续增长，但在终端市场疲软情况下，预计增幅有限；因考虑到冬季将迎来较长时间错峰停窑，且叠加当下需求边际改善，预计水泥企业将继续积极推涨水泥价格，此外，煤价存上涨预期，将进一步对水泥价格形成支撑。
