智通财经APP讯，泰德医药(03880)发布公告，李忠成先生已提出辞任(i)联席公司秘书;(ii)香港联合交易所有限公司证券上市规则第3.05条项下之授权代表;及(iii)根据上市规则第19A.13(2)条及香港法例第622章公司条例第16部所规定代表公司于香港接收法律程序文件及通知之代表，自2025年9月26日起生效。
李先生辞任后，吴东澄先生已获委任为联席公司秘书、授权代表及法律程序代理人，自2025年9月26日起生效。李玲梅女士将继续担任另一名联席公司秘书。
