智通财经APP讯，博尼控股(01906)发布公告，有关本公司控股股东Maximax Holding Corporation(Maximax)质押本公司已发行股份中合共5.5亿股普通股股份(质押股份)予一家注册于香港的公司(质权人，为本公司独立第三方)，作为质权人向本公司董事会主席金国军先生(金先生)控制的一间公司提供借款的担保(质押)。质押股份占本公司于本公告日期已发行股份约37.39%。
本公司董事会获悉，于2025年9月30日，Maximax已履行以质押为担保的义务，因此质押获解除。
Maximax为一家于英属处女群岛注册成立的有限公司，由金先生持有100% 股份。于本公告日期，Maximax拥有本公司7.93亿股普通股股份，约占本公司已发行股份14.71亿股的53.91%。
