Odaily星球日报讯 据美国证监会（SEC）文件，KULR 通过补充招股说明书将“受控权益发行”(ATM)募资上限由 3 亿美元下调至 1.5 亿美元，销售代理为 Cantor 与 Craig-Hallum。公司已按该协议出售 3,936,578 股，募资总额 22,997,761 美元。普通股在 NYSE American 交易，代码“KULR”，9 月 29 日收盘价为 4.22 美元/股。公司将向销售代理支付最高 3%佣金，该等销售按证券法 Rule 415(a)(4)认定为“at the market offering”。
