美国制药行业游说团体“美国药品研究与制造企业协会”（PhRMA）周一表示，它将于明年1月推出一个新网站，旨在帮助患者直接从制造商那里购买处方药，绕过药房福利管理机构（PBM）和其他中间商。

　　这个名为AmericasMedicines的网站将允许制药商列出可直接购买的药物，并向患者提供价格更低、获取障碍更少的途径。

　　在特朗普政府施加越来越大压力后，生物制药行业正尝试简化美国人获取药品的方式、降低自付费用。

　　特朗普一直敦促制药公司将美国的药品价格与其他国家支付的价格保持一致，并于今年5月签署了一项行政命令，要求制药商向美国人提供与海外相同的价格。
