智通财经APP讯，绿色能源科技集团(00979)公布截至2025年6月30日止年度业绩，持续经营业务收入约6888.7万港元，同比减少2.73%;公司拥有人应占亏损1603.4万港元，同比增长12.02%;每股基本亏损1.18港仙。
公告称，收入减少主要乃由于集团可再生能源业务分部于2025财政年度内的所得收入有所减少。
亏损净额增加主要源于集团的可再生能源业务分部于2025财政年度的收入及边际利润减少，以及集团于2025财政年度取得就塑料回收业务计提物业、厂房及设备的减值亏损拨备，而其于2024财政年度并无取得有关拨备。于2025财政年度，国际运费的飙升与波动已导致集团在欧洲的可再生能源业务客户取消部分订单，而此业务分部的毛利率亦因原料采购成本与本地运输成本上升而受侵蚀。于2025财政年度内，集团的建筑废料及处理服务业务，以及其于德国的塑料回收╱金属废料业务的分部业绩，均因员工成本与能源成本上升而恶化。
