智通财经APP讯，东北电气(00042)发布公告，于2025年9月29日，本公司以及转让方海南逸唐飞行酒店管理有限公司(海南逸唐，本公司的间接非全资附属公司)与受让方北京海鸿源企业管理咨询有限公司(北京海鸿源)订立股权转让协议，转让方同意出售，而受让方同意收购参股公司海航天津中心发展有限公司(天津中心)的10.5%股权(即本集团于参股公司中所持有的全部股权)，代价为人民币358万元(相当于约391.5万港元)。
于本公告日期，参股公司天津中心为本集团的合营企业，由转让方拥有10.5%股权。出售事项完成后，本集团将不再持有参股公司的任何股权，其业绩将不再于本公司分占合营企业业绩中反映。
本次出售参股公司少数股权，有利于本集团盘活资产和整合资源，补充流动资金需求，提升本集团抵御风险能力和持续经营能力。
本次拟出售所持10.5%股权且本集团将不再于参股公司经营的业务中拥有任何权益。于出售事项完成后，收到的所得款项净额亦有助于增加本集团的现金流。
