ChainCatcher 消息，芝加哥商品交易所集团（CME Group）首席执行官 Terry Duffy 呼吁营造公平竞争环境，反对给予新晋市场参与者 Polymarket 首席执行官 Shayne Coplan 和 Kalshi 联合创始人 Tarek Mansour 创新豁免权。他表示，如果规则不同，老牌参与者将无法竞争。
芝加哥期权交易所（@CBOE）也表达了同样的看法：“我很欣赏这种创新，但如果有机会取得更大成功，那我们都应该去争取。我们都将成为出色的竞争者，也都将成为杰出的创新者。但我们不应被困在旧有模式中。”
