Summerset Group Holdings (ASX:SNZ, NZE:SUM) sold 420 occupation rights in the third quarter ended Sept. 30, up from 289 occupation rights last year, according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian and New Zealand bourses.
The total for the reported period comprised 244 new sales and 176 resales.
The company added that it is on track to build 650 to 730 homes across New Zealand and Australia within the year.
