智通财经APP讯，小黄鸭德盈(02250)发布公告，由于配售事项未能于配售完成日期2025年10月9日或之前完成，配售事项已失效且将不会进行。因此，配售及认购协议项下的认购事项亦将不会进行。
根据配售及认购协议，倘认购事项的条件于2025年10月13日或之前(或本公司与卖方根据所有适用法律、规则及规例(包括但不限于上市规则)书面协定的其他日期)并未达成，认购事项订约方于认购事项的所有权利、义务及责任将停止及终止，且配售代理、本公司及卖方不得就认购事项向另一方提出任何索偿，惟于有关终止前已产生的权利及补偿除外。
董事会相信，配售事项及认购事项失效将不会对本公司目前的营运及财务状况产生重大不利影响。
