智通财经APP讯，顺龙控股(00361)发布公告，于2025年10月14日，买方(顺龙高尔夫球制品有限公司，为公司的间接全资附属公司)拟向卖方(希翱体育用品有限公司)收购Hio Pro (Vietnam) Sporting Goods Company Limited(目标公司)全部注册章程资本615.20亿越南盾的全部实缴章程资本，代价为250万美元。
目标公司为一间于越南注册成立的外商直接投资单一股东有限公司，主要从事制造高尔夫球设备及相关部件，并于越南经营一间高尔夫球设备制造厂。
由于集团的众多客户位于美国，透过收购于越南经营高尔夫设备制造厂的目标公司，收购事项使得集团可将在越南制造的高尔夫球产品(其出口关税低于中国出口)出口至美国，以减轻集团面临的关税负担，保持集团高尔夫球业务的竞争力，提高集团的整体运营效率。
