约会应用 Grindr 确认收到股东的私有化意向
路透社10月14日 - Grindr GRND.N周二证实，该公司董事会已收到股东Ray Zage和James Lu的来信，表示有意探讨将这款约会应用私有化的可能性。
该公司股价在盘后交易中上涨了约3%。
Grindr表示，董事会已经成立了一个 "由无利害关系的独立董事组成的特别委员会，以备一旦有明确的、善意的建议（包括承诺的融资）提交给公司进行评估"。
