The New York Stock Exchange suspended Enlightify shares and will seek to delist the stock, citing non-compliance with a requirement for a $15 million average global market capitalization over a consecutive 30-trading day period.

The company has a right to a review of the delisting determination.

Enlightify produces and distributes fertilizers and agricultural products in China. Its Anteaus unit focuses on blockchain-based operations.

The company said Sept. 2 that it received an NYSE notification of non-compliance with the $1 average closing price requirement.
