Blue Star Helium Signs Lease Agreement for Amine Unit; Shares Fall 14%

Blue Star Helium (ASX:BNL) signed a lease agreement for an amine unit, which is used to isolate carbon dioxide from the raw gas stream with Kinder Morgan, according to a Monday Australian bourse filing.

The company said it remains on schedule to deliver the first helium in December and the first carbon dioxide for sale in the second half of 2026 from its Galactica project, which is a 50% working interest joint venture with Helium One Global.

The company's shares fell past 14% in recent Monday trade.
