Fullwealth International (HKG:1034) said the Hong Kong Stock Exchange's listing committee has decided to cancel the company's listing, as it failed to meet resumption conditions by the Sept. 11 deadline, according to an Oct. 10 Hong Kong bourse filing.
The company said it will not seek a review of the decision.
The last trading day will be Oct. 14, and the delisting will take effect on Oct. 15.
