金吾财讯 | 内房股集体受挫，龙光集团(03380)跌5.34%，融信中国(03301)跌5.21%，中梁控股(02772)跌3.90%，远洋集团(03377)跌3.70%，融创中国(01918)跌3.13%，富力地产(02777)跌3.03%，世茂集团(00813)跌2.94%，绿城中国(03900)跌2.83%，中国金茂(00817)跌2.76%，越秀地产(00123)跌2.70%。标普发表报告，预计中国今年新屋销售同比下跌8%至8.8万亿元至9万亿元人民币，跌幅远大于5月时的3%预测，置业气氛仍相当疲弱，认为中央政府需继续支持房地产行业，协助恢复置业人士的信心。报告称，中国五年期贷款基准利率今年仅下跌10个点子，相较去年跌幅达60个点子，显示中国政府宽松政策未如以往般积极。标普认为，若需求能先在一线城市趋向稳定，将有助需求更持续地复苏，现时预计明年销售额将再跌6%至7%，一手楼价下跌1.5%至2.5%。

交银国际表示，9月，中央政策延续以推动房地产市场“止跌回稳”为导向，一系列政策加大“房票安置”力度推进城中村改造，各地推进“好房子”建设标准，加快完善城市更新，预计政策将延续宽松基调，10月成交量将逐步修复。
