Auric Mining Starts Processing Ore from Western Australia Mine; Shares Up 6%

Auric Mining (ASX:AWJ) started processing its first 60,000 tonnes of ore from the Munda gold mine at the Lakewood Mill in Western Australia, operated by Black Cat Syndicate (ASX:BC8), according to a Tuesday filing with the Australian bourse.
The inaugural milling campaign started on Oct. 12, with a second one planned early next year to process the balance of ore, the filing said.
The company anticipates first gold sales from its Munda ore later this month, with cash flows in November, per the filing.
Shares rose more than 6% in afternoon trade on Tuesday.
