智通财经APP获悉，10月16日，香港会财局发文称，就多项审计缺失谴责普华永道会计师事务所及其两位合伙人，并处以罚款合共160万港元。包括对普华永道处以罚款80万港元，对郑广安处以罚款60万港元，及对江令言处以罚款20万港元。
会财局指，事件中，该核数师在收入确认方面进行的审计工作存在缺失，在王朝酒业(00828)2010年度及2011年度，未能就该集团所记录的收入取得充分适当的审计证据，导致其错误地出具无保留意见。
在该两个年度，由郑先生担任项目合伙人的普华永道项目团队，江先生被委任为上述审计的项目质素监控审视员，却未能识别项目团队缺乏充分适当的审计证据。
当局于2025年2月20日向普华永道、郑先生及江先生发出决定通知书。受规管者其后于2025年3月13日向会计及财务汇报复核审裁处申请复核当局决定，但最终主动撤回申请，并同意向当局支付讼费，决定通知书随即生效。
