消息面上，据国内最大的第三方即配平台顺丰同城统计数据显示，"十一"期间，其日均同城配送单量同比去年增长63%，其中饮品日均单量同比增长168%；快餐、商超百货及珠宝等贵重物品日均单量同比双高位数增长。与此同时，"文旅+即配"模式为各地游客带来出游新体验，哈尔滨、汕尾、景德镇、呼和浩特等热门旅游目的地日均单量呈现数倍增长。适逢双节，"1对1急送"高时效服务备受礼赠等需求青睐，中秋当日，其"独享专送"单量同比去年增超5倍。
长江证券此前指出，顺丰同城依托顺丰品牌优势，为垂直行业提供定制化解决方案，其服务质量、订单规模好于其他第三方运力平台，正中品牌商对于全渠道拓展、高品质配送的下怀。同时，公司与顺丰集团协同推动末端降本，即时零售与快递揽派时间错峰互补，最后一公里服务为公司积累订单规模并提高骑手人效。该行认为，伴随即时零售高速增长及流量多极化趋势延续，公司盈利有望加速释放。
