花旗研究的布兰登・李在一份报告中指出，新加坡 10 月私人住宅销量有望从 9 月的大幅下滑中回升。

　　数据显示，9 月新加坡开发商（不含执行共管公寓）的私宅销量为 255 套，环比下降 88%。他指出，销量大幅下滑可能源于新盘供应不足等因素。不过，10 月的大量新盘推出或将为销量提供支撑。

　　花旗表示，预计 10 月和 11 月将有 5 个主要新盘入市，这有望带动私宅销量回升。其中，近期推出的 “荷兰村凯德天际”（Skye at Holland）项目在开盘首日去化率接近 100%，这一表现为后续新盘的市场前景奠定了良好基础。
