　　第一上海发布研报称，首次覆盖汇通达网络（09878），目标价23.38港元，买入评级。在乡村振兴政策、AI赋能与外延并购驱动下，公司经营性现金流持续正向流入，上半年盈利指标创新高，叠加内资股全流通、5亿元H股回购及分红计划助力重返港股通，建议关注其高质高速增长潜力。该行预测集团25-27年收入分别为583/625/676亿元，归母净利润3.43/4.46/5.79亿元。

　　阿里战略入股，创始人重心回归

　　汇通达于2010年成立，现发展成中国下沉市场to小B电商龙头，以一站式AI+SaaS解决方案说明乡镇夫妻店满足当地客户的购物需求。公司创始人为汪建国，其率领知名家电连锁企业五星电器原班人马，孵化出专注母婴市场的孩子王、智慧家居企业好享家以及聚焦下沉市场的汇通达。公司股权结构多元，2018年阿里巴巴以战投方式入股，目前合计持股比例为16.28%。2024年管理层重心回归，汇通达在集团中的战略地位稳步提升，逐步落实战略升级以及业务结构优化，有望复刻孩子王商业成长路径。
