智通财经APP讯，智富资源投资(00007)公布，于2025年10月13日，公司与天音通信(香港)有限公司(天音通信香港，一家由天音通信控股股份有限公司(000829.SZ))全资拥有的附属公司，就建立全面、稳定、具有前瞻性的战略合作关系而订立战略合作协议。
根据战略合作协议，双方将共同拓展全球电子产品贸易、分销及品牌推广，利用香港作为国际商业枢纽，将业务覆盖范围扩展至东南亚、中东、欧洲等重点市场;天音通信香港将在其授权品牌分销体系内为公司提供合法的产品供应管道，并提供循环信用额度，以支持公司的营运资金及采购活动;及双方将共同成立一家集贸易、物流和管理服务于一体的全球供应链管理合资公司，进一步提升公司收入的可扩展性、营运效率和长期业务的韧性。
董事认为，此次策略合作将有利于集团的贸易业务，增强产品供应的稳定性，并扩大海外市场的销售，且符合集团的长期发展目标及业务策略。因此，董事认为，此次策略合作符合公司及股东的整体利益。
