智通财经APP获悉，潍柴动力(02338)午前涨超4%，截至发稿，涨4.38%，报15.24港元，成交额1.5亿港元。
小摩发布研报称，潍柴动力自7月以来股价表现不佳，随着中美关税问题重回市场焦点，相信公司已处于有利位置，可从重型卡车、工程机械发动机和AIDC发动机的进口替代机会中受惠，因为其主要竞争对手康明斯和卡特彼勒面临关税和贸易限制的风险与日俱增。
该行指出，由于中国重型卡车市场大幅复苏，加上Kion重组阻力基本消除，对其第三季前景更有信心。目标价由22港元升至22.8港元，评级“增持”，认为目前估值极具吸引力。
