智通财经APP讯，丰德丽控股(00571)发布公告，根据集团截至2025年7月31日止年度的初步未经审核综合管理账目，公司董事会谨此知会公司股东及有意投资者，预期截至本年度的公司拥有人应占综合亏损与截至2024年7月31日止年度的综合亏损约5.11亿港元比较将减少不少于95%。
预期于本年度的综合亏损减少主要由于在本年度内(i)使用权资产及物业、厂房及设备于回顾年度的减值拨回，然而该等资产已于上一个财政年度作出重大减值亏损;(ii)使用权资产及物业、厂房及设备的折旧减少，因该等资产已于上一个财政年度作出减值亏损;及(iii)成功与业主协商租金减免及租金重组令修订租赁的收益增加所致。
