智通财经APP讯，洲际船务(02409)发布公告，于2025年10月16日(联交所交易时段后)，(1)各租船人(为本公司三间间接全资附属公司，SEACON ATLANTA LTD. 、 SEACON BARCELONA LTD.及SEACON COLOMPO LTD.，)与其中一名拥有人订立光船租赁，据此，相关拥有人同意将一艘船舶租赁予相应租船人;及(2)本集团同意订立保证文件、以拥有人为受益人的担保及多方协议。
拥有人为启航中洲二号租赁(天津)有限公司、启航中洲三号租赁(天津)有限公司及启航中洲四号租赁(天津)有限公司。各艘船舶均为根据相应造船合约建造载重约40400dwt的散货船。
光船租赁安排符合本集团的持续战略，该战略旨在通过添置三艘散货船扩大其控制船队，于保持资本流动的同时多样化本集团的控制船队。通过添置该等船舶，本集团对散货的运输能力将会上升，本公司将能更好地满足市场对其大型设备航运服务的需求，产生额外收入并为股东创造更大的价值及回报。
