近日，克而瑞发布“2025年1-9月济南房企业商品住宅操盘销售TOP20”，远洋集团销售金额9．6亿元，位居榜单第11位。

　　自2018年进入济南，远洋集团已开发远洋万和公馆、远洋广场、远洋潮起东方、远洋寛阅时光等10余个家喻户晓的项目，市场占有率长年稳居城市前列，积累了良好的客户口碑和丰富的产业链资源，也为其拓展轻资产代建业务奠定了基础。

　　24年以来，远洋建管成功签约济南鲍山公园东代建项目、济南赵家庄全过程代建项目、济南小梁庄政府民生住宅项目、济南宾馆地块城市更新项目，轻资产服务专业能力获得各类委托方充分认可。

　　其中，由远洋建管代建代销的济南观山樾在2024年12月首开，认购、签约、回款三项指标超额达成委托方要求，其中认购完成率140%，签约完成率151%，回款完成率131%，首开资源去化率80%。2025年上半年，该项目继续热销，连开连罄。
