日前，克而瑞相继披露了珠三角地区九个城市前三季度市场概况以及房企排名情况。作为传统购房旺季，克而瑞数据监测显示，9月九城供应面积229万m²，环比增43%达年内次高，除深圳、惠州外其他七城供应均有所放量。九城成交面积206万m²，环比增长12%；其中广州、佛山、深圳、江门四城成交规模位居九城前列。

　　在房企业绩表现上，克而瑞数据监测显示，2025年1-9月区内权益金额TOP30房企销售金额3333.73亿元，较去年同时期减少5%。

　　TOP30房企中，前三季度权益金额、流量金额业绩规模突破百亿的房企均为11家，分别较去年同时期增长2家与1家。

　　保利发展在今年前三季度以383.93亿元权益金额、465.23亿元流量金额、148.21万m²流量面积、118.88万m²权益面积稳坐四榜冠军，主力项目为广州保利天奕、保利天曜。

　　华发股份以209.25亿元权益金额、78.19万m²权益面积、81.08万m²流量面积摘得权益双榜亚军、流量面积榜季军，主力项目为珠海华发·湾玺壹号、华发悦澳湾花园。

　　华润置地获得权益金额榜季军的同时，还将流量双榜亚军收入囊中，在今年1-9月其业绩表现为196.83亿元权益金额、297.42亿元流量金额、82万m²流量面积，主力项目为广州长隆万博悦府、东莞华润置地中心、旗峰润府。
