智通财经APP讯，金风科技(02208)发布公告，公司的全资子公司金风国际控股(香港)有限公司(以下简称“金风国际”)的全资子公司Goldwind Australia Pty Ltd(以下简称“金风澳洲”)与Zenith Energy Operations Pty Ltd签署《质保、运营和维护协议》，由金风澳洲为其提供风机的质保、运营和维护。
金风科技与Zenith Energy Operations Pty Ltd签署《母公司担保协议》，为金风澳洲在上述《质保、运营和维护协议》项下的履约责任和义务提供担保，担保金额为1334.6万澳元(折合人民币约6170.79万元)，担保期限自《母公司担保协议》签署之日起至《质保、运营和维护协议》项下最后一个缺陷责任期到期之日后的6个月为止(预估从2025年10月20日到2043年9月20日)。
