智通财经APP讯，绿城中国(03900)发布公告，于2025年10月20日，绿城房地产建设管理(本公司非全资附属公司)与(其中包括)杭州中宜江晨置业就承包该项目的项目管理服务订立的房地产开发委托管理协议。根据该协议，绿城房地产建设管理同意就该项目向杭州中宜江晨置业提供项目管理服务。
据悉，该项目位于浙江省杭州市钱塘区的建设项目，总建筑面积约为90,711平方米，计划开发为住宅物业
董事会认为，该协议将使本集团能够利用其于中国物业开发及项目管理方面的技术、专业知识及经验，推动该项目的建设工程及提升其品质，从而无需投入大量资本即可获得收入。
甄选该项目的项目管理服务供应商及厘定代价透过公开招标程序进行。招标有多名投标人参与，经评审和综合比较投标人后，绿城房地产建设管理根据招标文件的相关要求获选。因此，绿城房地产建设管理在竞争性的招标程序中获选，而代价及该协议的条款根据招标文件厘定，并符合市场惯例及本集团的商业利益。
