ChainCatcher 消息，澳大利亚黄金勘探项目 PC GOLD（ASX: PC2）正式在澳大利亚证券交易所（ASX）挂牌上市。
PC GOLD 是由 Web3 矿业金融平台 Asteroid X 生态孵化的首批现实资产（RWA）项目之一。该项目此前曾推出 PC GOLD NFT 系列，以代币化形式锚定上市公司股权，实现实体矿业资产的数字化表达。Asteroid X 联创 Ben 表示，此次上市标志着传统矿业与 Web3 金融的深度融合，是 RWA 代币化模式的重要里程碑。“从 Asteroid X 到 ASX，这一步不仅是传统产业的跨越，更是区块链与真实资产融合的验证。”据悉，Asteroid X 实体公司 Web3in Tech-Lab 已获得澳大利亚 IRD（独立换汇）与数字货币兑换牌照（DCE），可在合规框架下为 RWA 项目提供从资产上链、合规发行、交易撮合到结算流通的完整服务。
