原油波动加剧 关注地缘事件进展
10月23日，原油带动能化系品种走强，SC2512合约盘中涨幅超过4%。地缘方向再现不稳定因素，美国对俄两大石油公司实施制裁，同时EIA显示上周美国原油库存下降，短线出现反弹。考虑到地缘因素再生变化，将油价带离下跌的疲态，需关注后续进展情况，油价短期波动将上升。
隔夜市场EIA称，随着炼油活动活跃度和需求增强，上周美国原油、汽油和馏分油库存出现下降。原油库存减少96.1万桶至4.228亿桶，此前市场预期为增加120万桶。
地缘事件方面，隔夜市场美国首次对俄罗斯最大的两家石油公司——俄罗斯石油公司（Rosneft）和卢克石油公司（Lukoil）实施制裁，也就意味着俄罗斯四大石油巨头现已全部受到美国制裁。同时美国总统表示，他认为与俄罗斯总统会面“不合适”，所以取消了两国首脑在布达佩斯的会面。美国总统认为是时候对俄罗斯实施制裁了，他希望制裁不会持续太久。当地时间22日，俄罗斯总统以线上方式指挥了俄军战略核力量综合演习。此次演习全面检验了陆基、海基与空基核力量的战备状态。当前地缘事件存在反复，大国博弈仍在继续，短期供给担忧使原油价格反弹，波动或进一步加剧。
