智通财经APP讯，FSM HOLDINGS(01721)发布公告，其已获悉美国财政部外国资产控制办公室(外国资产控制办公室)于2025年10月14日发布的新闻稿，其指定(其中包括)本公司执行董事Li Thet涉嫌参与太子集团跨国犯罪组织的网络诈骗及洗钱活动而遭外国资产控制办公室实施制裁。
于获悉新闻稿后，本公司立即采取措施以确保全面遵守适用法律法规，并就此事对本公司可能构成的任何潜在影响启动内部评估。本公司目前正寻求专业意见以评估及处理相关情况，并将于适当时候另行刊发公告。
Li Thet因其决定投放更多时间于彼之其他承担及业务而辞任本公司、其附属公司及联营公司的执行董事职务，自2025年10月21日起生效。据此，Li Thet自2025年10月21日起不再担任本公司的董事会主席及提名委员会主席。
