Capital Realm Financial (HKG:0204) said a winding-up petition filed against it has been withdrawn following a joint application by the company and the petitioner, according to a Thursday Hong Kong bourse filing.
The Hong Kong High Court approved the withdrawal order on Oct 16.
The petition, lodged earlier this year, concerned repayment of a HK$6.2 million loan plus interest.
