新浪科技讯 10月21日下午消息，10月20日天猫双11开启现货开卖，有消费者反馈，天猫店铺购物金短暂出现少部分用户充值到账未显示问题。

　　对此，淘宝相关人士回应称，天猫双11晚20点开售后，充值购物用户数在数分钟内冲上近千万，触发系统故障。故障于22点前修复，所有到账资金已正确显示，完全不影响消费者后续使用及资金安全。
