智通财经APP获悉，据报道，由蚂蚁集团和三菱日联金融集团有参与投资的金融科技公司GCash，计划将延迟在菲律宾马尼拉的上市计划，据指是因为菲律宾的股市持续低迷，并不适合上市。
报道引述知情人士表示，有关IPO的讨论仍在进行中，计划可能会有所改变。GCash由Globe Fintech Innovations Inc(简称Mynt)控股。Mynt表示，尚未就IPO时间做出正式决定，当预备好后会尽快处理。该公司表示，目前尚无明确的IPO计划。
Gcash被称为菲律宾版的支付宝，由菲律宾最大的电信运营商之一Globe Telecom旗下的Mynt负责运营，也是蚂蚁集团在菲律宾金融科技领域的重要布局之一。据此前媒体报道，Gcash原本拟最快今年上市，集资最多15亿美元，折合逾116亿港元，有望成为菲律宾历来最大规模新股。
