金吾财讯 | 博通(AVGO)22日宣布，第三代共同封装(CPO)技术乙太网路交换器Tomahawk 6 Davisson已开始供货，频宽是现有CPO交换器的2倍，且因采用台积电(TSM)COUPE与多芯片封装技术，光学互连功耗降低70%，满足超大规模和AI资料中心对能源效率的要求。博通指出，TH6Davisson专为加速AI网路的需求而设计，是业界首款实现102.4兆位元/秒的光学交换器，并优化功耗效率和流量稳定性，满足光学互连所需的效能，以实现垂直(scale-up)和水平(scale-out)扩展。
