智通财经APP讯，紫金黄金国际(02259)发布公告，有关全球发售的稳定价格期已于2025年10月25日(即递交香港公开发售申请截止日期后第30日)结束。稳定价格操作人摩根士丹利亚洲有限公司或其联属人士或代其行事的任何人士于稳定价格期所采取的稳定价格行动载列如下：国际发售项下超额分配合共5234.86万股发售股份，占全球发售项下初步可供认购的发售股份总数的约15%(于行使任何超额配股权前)，该等股份由稳定价格操作人摩根士丹利亚洲有限公司或其联属人士根据借股协议借入的5234.86万股股份补足;及整体协调人(为其本身及代表国际包销商)已于2025年10月8日悉数行使超额配股权，涉及每股发售股份71.59港元的合共5234.86万股发售股份，用于促成向金山香港归还稳定价格操作人摩根士丹利亚洲有限公司或其联属人士根据借股协议借入的5234.86万股股份。
在稳定价格期，稳定价格操作人并无在市场上买卖任何股份以稳定价格。
