智通财经APP讯，恒月控股(01723)发布公告，预计集团于截至2025年9月30日止6个月录得公司拥有人应占亏损约1.9亿港元至2亿港元，而截至2024年9月30日止6个月录得公司拥有人应占溢利约为69.1万港元。于本中期期间由盈转亏主要归因于初步确认2025年5月23日发行及转换的可转换票据衍生工具部分，金额约为1.93亿港元。董事会认为，发行可转换票据乃为几天提供额外营运资金的合适方式，几天资产净值相应增加。所产生亏损乃适用准则项下会计处理产生之一次性非现金事件，对几天的营运或现金流量并无不利影响。
