ChainCatcher 消息，天津市公安局河东分局今日发布通报称，蓝天格锐电子科技有限公司非法吸收公众存款案主犯钱志敏潜逃英国多年后，于 2025 年 9 月 29 日在英国伦敦南华克法院出庭受审，涉嫌洗钱犯罪并当庭认罪。
警方表示，目前正与英国执法机关持续开展跨境追逃追赃合作，全力挽回集资参与人损失。警方提醒投资者依法理性表达诉求，警惕未经授权的跨境“追赃代理”，避免再次上当受骗。
公开资料显示，钱志敏曾是天津蓝天格锐电子科技有限公司的创始人及实际控制人，该公司以“区块链算力投资”“比特币挖矿理财”为名进行非法集资，吸纳资金数十亿元人民币，涉案资产中包括约 6 万枚比特币。2017 年案发后，钱志敏潜逃出境，长期藏匿英国。
